Export your data to move between devices, or restore from a previous backup
Export / Download Backup

Download all your Berakah Logistics data — trips, expenses, invoices, fleet, drivers, and mileage — as a single .json backup file. Save it to your phone, WhatsApp yourself a copy, or store it on Google Drive. Use it to restore on any device.

Tip: Do a backup at the end of every week and after every major trip. Name your files clearly, e.g. Berakah_Backup_June2026.json
Restore from Backup

To restore your data on a new phone or browser, paste the backup text below or upload the backup .json file. This will replace all current data with the backup — so export first if you have new entries you want to keep.

Warning: Restoring a backup will overwrite your current data. Make sure you export a fresh backup first if needed.
Merge Backup into Current Data

If two people have been entering data on separate devices, use Merge to combine both sets without losing anything. Duplicate entries (same ID) are skipped automatically.

Origins (Loading Points)

These appear in the Origin dropdown when logging a trip.

Destinations (Delivery Points)

These appear in the Destination dropdown when logging a trip.

How it works

Origins and destinations you add here are saved to the cloud and will appear in the trip log dropdown on every device instantly. You can remove any entry by clicking the ✕ next to it. Entries used in existing trips are not affected when removed.
